We hired Moisture Master Pros to look into some persistent water infiltration issues that a series of roofers and masonry contractors were unable to address. Josh's combination of expertise and latest equipment (drone inspection!) quickly uncovered issues with our flashing, as well as some other brick pointing issues that had been missed by the others. We had concerns about mold and water infiltration, and Josh came out and performed the most thorough assessment possible. He took us through every room of the house, pointing out every possible entry point for moisture and showing us signs of damage. He was even able to use his drone camera to show us the entire exterior of the house, identifying cracks in the masonry that were likely responsible for the water damage. We’ve had issues with our 3+ year old home as it relates to leaks and water damage for the past 2+ years. One thing we’ve learned is that if you’re buying new construction in Fishtown buyer beware. These contractors are cutting corners and getting away with it. Enter Josh and his team. We’ve had them come out and work on two major leaks in our house now, one from the roof and one in the front of the house. Basic areas that should have been sealed by any competent contractor that weren’t. When we started getting water in the front of the house I immediately said “we have to call Josh.” Josh and his team are the only people We trust to get the job done and get it done right. They have a warranty for their work and handle themselves in the most professional manner. Best of all, we’ve had no issues since the moisture pro team has come out and worked their magic. My only slight critique is that some of the plaster on the new drywall installed was painted over while still wet so it has since cracked in a few places. Minor cosmetic repairs we will need to make on those areas but for me the peace of mind of having a leak free home is worth it’s weight in gold. Would recommend this team to anyone. Five stars!
